Here's the deal; I used to spend hundreds of dollars monthly on fast food. Not to mention my daughter would barely eat my cooking. It's not that I didn't know how to cook; I just had difficulty getting the flavor right. And those who know me know that baking is my jam. Cooking, on the other hand, took a lot of trial and error. Anyway, I've become increasingly dissatisfied with the fast food industry over the years. Not only is fast food not fast anymore, but the taste also does not "do it" for me anymore, and it often makes my daughter and I feel like crap. I indulge only in moderation.

So, we set out to create considered solutions to what we saw as some of the most significant setbacks around cooking at home. Also, we wanted more flavor than salt, and a blend that could easily be incorporated into any recipe. It took about a week for our taste buds to adjust because we like things a little spicy, so let's get into it. 

PROBLEM  #1: Most people don't know what they're tasting for. Once they taste, if the flavor feels off, they add more salt or sugar. Sound familiar?

SOLUTION: Ramp up the flavor and add a little spice to your life. Our spice blends create flavorful dishes without adding too much salt. 

PROBLEM #2: There are a lot of creative cooks on social media, and I am here for all of them, however, the recipes often call for many different spices, or you have to estimate the seasoning, making it a challenge to nail the recipe every time. Like, how do you season raw chicken or fish "to taste" before cooking?

SOLUTION: While we can't solve the flavor gap for all dishes, our go-to measurement algorithm is one scoop (tablespoon) of seasoning per pound. There is a big difference between "hoping" and "knowing" your food tastes amazing. Use our seasoning as a stand-alone or supplement to your favorite seasonings.

PROBLEM #3: No time. Have you ever researched what's lurking inside highly processed foods? Most Americans eat fast food 1-3 times a week, which increases the risk for obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and depression.  

SOLUTION: Make the time, dive in, fire up that air fryer or stove, and thank us later! 

I could go on and on, but I can promise you, we've thought about everything, again, and again to make your at-home dishes taste amazing.
